Dear friends of “SOFIA DANCE FEST” 2024, we inform you that the organizer reserves the right to change the schedule after receiving all the requests for participation of the dance groups! A detailed schedule of “Sofia Dance Fest” 2024 will be posted after processing all the requests for participation! Every team will be informed in a timely manner for smooth traveling and participation in the competition!

FINAL CHECK OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR TEAM PARTICIPATION
The verification of the registered participation of the teams will take place at the sports complex of Overgaz Arena – Address: Sofia, Mladost 2 district, in the building of ‘Bulgarsko shkolo’ from 18:00 to 20:00.
The following documents are required for registration:
• List with confirmed registrations.
• Comprehensive lists of the dancers.
• License cards of the dancers – if they are members of the Bulgarian Dance Sport and Dance Figures Federation (BDSDFF).
• Bank payment orders.
• Music verification.
• Provision of invoice details, if necessary for their issuance.
